Registration fees
Special fees are reserved to ECVIM/ACVIM residents, ECVIM/ACVIM diplomates and ESVE members. Please, be aware that the organizing staff will check your declared status.

Currency and deadlines
Euro (€) is the official currency for monetary transactions. All the deadlines are referred to the time zone UTC +1.00. Summer time will begin (clocks go forward) on Sunday, March 31st 2024.
Account
You must have a valid user account on the ESVE website to start the registration procedure. If you don't have an account, register yourself. Your username must be your email address because all communications and payment details will be sent to it.
Cancellation policy
In the presence of valid and documented reasons you may ask for the reimbursement of the registration to summer school's course. Terms of the refund: 100% of the total amount until April 30, 50% until June 1 and none thereafter.
